China Market Surveillance & Recall Cases of Food Contact Products from January to March 2022

This update provides surveillance results of product quality inspection and recall cases regarding food contact products, which are based on market surveillance results published by local Administration for market regulation and notifications released by local Defective product administrative centre across China, including Hubei and Qinghai province, etc.

These non-compliant parameters and risks include mandatory standard requirements, such as overall migration, and also include recommended standard requirements, such as distance of printing ink from top rim of paper cups.
