Bureau Veritas eFiling Solution
Supply Chain Continuity

Feb. 21 2024

Have you heard about the upcoming U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) eFiling requirements? The program will require a digitized Certificate of Conformity (COC) to be sent to U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s ACE system via the CPSC Product Registry before manufactured goods arrive at first landing port into USA.

Fortunately, Bureau Veritas (BV) anticipated this need and has been the only third-party laboratory participating in the CPSC’s  Beta pilot. We have the ‘inside details’ to help you through this new territory and have built a solution to help you fulfill your reporting obligations. There are many digital components you will need in order to satisfy the eFiling requirements and again BV is the only third-party laboratory to have proactively built solutions to make the transition for you seamless.

This is a joint effort between product compliance and customs compliance, so give us a call and we can help you get started.

In addition, BV has the capability to help you expand beyond the CPSC eFiling requirement with our scalable and extensible digital solutions.

We want your business to continue to bring the products you need to the U.S. market and working with Bureau Veritas will give you the confidence in supply chain continuity.
