One of the most common reasons for product returns is fitment, generally today's consumers will purchase multiple items and the ones that fit the best, are kept, the rest are returned. In most cases a consumer who purchases a product which doesn't fit, is less likely to return to that store/online store to shop.

The cost to a brand or retailer for accepting an increasing amount of returns can have a drastic effect on the overall companies profit, in turn this increases the cost of their products.

By measuring the garments off a model, then testing the fit on a live model. We can help you understand a wide range of factors which contribute to an ill-fitting garment.

• Fit testing of women's and men's clothing: outerwear, underwear, sportswear, workwear, socks, gloves, hats
• Fitting on living test persons, tailor's busts only as an additional aid
• Body size specifications according to customer requirements, e.g. serial measurements from Size Germany 2008. Fit tests can be tailored to international markets in a country-specific body measurements
• Checking the fit according to customer specifications: target group, dimensions, silhouette and function, e.g. sport. The target group of the customer should be defined as precisely as possible in order to be able to assess the fit “precisely”
