CPSC Publishes Final Rules for Infant Support Cushions (November 2024)
On November 4, 2024, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published within the Federal Register the final rules for Infant Support Cushions. The final rules provide performance safety testing and marking and labeling requirements for Infant Support Cushions and will become effective May 5, 2025.
