CPSC Publishes Final Rules for Nursing Pillows (October 2024)
On October 25, 2024, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission published within the Federal Register the final rules for Nursing Pillows. The final rules provide performance safety testing and marking and labeling requirements for Nursing Pillows and will become effective April 23, 2025.
