Bureau Veritas Hanoi Wireless Laboratory receives ISO 17025 Accreditation

October 24, 2023 | Hanoi, Vietnam Bureau Veritas has announced the successful accreditation to ISO 17025 and government approval of its latest wireless laboratory in Hanoi, Vietnam. Representatives from Vietnam’s Ministry of Information and Communications ("MIC") audited and approved the laboratory, one of the most comprehensive labs of its kind in Southeast Asia.

The approval means the laboratory can begin providing testing and compliance services to Bureau Veritas technology clients around the world.

To earn accreditation and government approval, the laboratory was assessed in its ability to consistently produce accurate testing results, and implementation of a rigorous quality management system. It also required lab personnel to be vastly competent to perform all testing within the laboratory’s scope.

Backdropped by a growing consumer electronics market, Vietnam’s Technology industry continues to evolve with many of the world’s largest brands expanding their manufacturing and R&D footprints in the country. Bureau Veritas' Hanoi wireless laboratory is ideally located to support these businesses to penetrate Vietnam’s domestic consumer market.
