Bureau Veritas Joins 2026 PV-Storage Innovation Conference to Discuss Integration, Growth and Overseas Compliance

On September 18, 2026, the 2026 PV-Storage Coordinated Application Innovation Conference was held in Chuzhou, Anhui. Co-organized by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA), the Anhui Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and the Chuzhou Municipal People’s Government, the event brought together representatives from government, industry, academia, and across the value chain to examine market trends, policy, innovation, and future opportunities.

Wang Mei, General Manager of Supply Chain Solutions at Bureau Veritas, joined the panel discussion, “Challenges and Breakthroughs for the PV and Energy Storage Industry in a New Cycle.” She shared Bureau Veritas’ perspective on competition in integrated PV-storage systems, domestic energy storage deployment, and overseas compliance. Bureau Veritas encouraged companies to establish lifecycle carbon-footprint management early, prepare target-market certification and compliance plans, reinforce supply-chain traceability and origin-risk controls and develop local operating capabilities.
