  • Product categories with the most settlements/judgments: 
    • Food and dietary supplements: 25%
    • Bags/kits/cases/totes/backpacks/pouches: 18%
  • Phthalates were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgments, and accounted for 46% of settlements/judgements. 82 settlements/judgements were for DEHP, 14 for DINP, 2 for DBP and 5 for two or more phthalates.  The notices covered a wide range of products.
  • Metals accounted for 41% of settlements/judgements, with 84 for lead, and nine for two or more metals.
