- Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 60% of all settlements/judgements. 217 settlements/judgements were for lead, 41 for cadmium, 27 for two or more metals, and 3 for mercury.
- Phthalates accounted for 16% of settlements/judgements, with 56 for DEHP, 12 for two or more phthalates, 6 for DINP, 4 for DBP and 1 for DINP
- PFAS Note: There were 4 settlements/judgements for PFAS chemicals.
