- Food and dietary supplements: 26%
- Kitchen Accessories & Crockery: 15%
- Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 50% of settlements/judgements. 174 settlements/judgments were for lead, 15 for two or more metals, 4 for cadmium, and 1 for arsenic.
- Phthalates accounted for 31% of settlements/judgements, with 95 settlements/judgements for DEHP, 21 or two or more phthalates, 5 for DINP, 4 for DBP and 1 for DIDP.
- PFAS Note: There were 7 settlements/judgements for PFOA. They were for products including, but not limited to jackets, dietary supplements, cases and umbrellas.
