- Food and herbal supplements: 31%
- Kitchen Accessories & Crockery: 14%
- Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 50% of settlements/judgements. 171 settlements/judgments were for lead, 17 for two or more metals, 8 for cadmium, and 2 for mercury.
- Phthalates accounted for 25% of settlements/judgements, with 60 settlements/judgements for DEHP, 8 or two or more phthalates, 7 for DINP, and 4 for DBP.
- PFAS Note: There were 12 settlements/judgements for PFOA. They included a range of product types, including 5 for dietary supplements.
