The surveillance covers some regions of China, including Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Guizhou, Hainan, Hebei, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Ningxia, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Shandong, Zhejiang, and their sub administrative cities.
