China Market Surveillance & Recall Cases of Food Contact Products from July to September 2022

This update provides surveillance results of product quality inspections and recall cases regarding food contact products, which are based on market surveillance results published by local administration of market regulation and notifications released by local defective product administrative centre across China, including Jiangsu, Shandong, Hainan, etc. These non-compliant parameters and risks include technical requirements originated from mandatory and recommended standards, and also covered non-compliant labelling.
