Hong Kong Publishes Toy and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance Notice 2024

The Government published in the Gazette the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance (Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2) Notice 2024 on Feb 16, 2024. The Notice updates certain safety standards for toys and children’s products.

The Notice will come into operation on August 1, 2024.

The below standards in the Schedules 1 and 2 will be updated:
