Hong Kong Publishes the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance Notice 2022

The Government published in the Gazette the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance (Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2) Notice 2022 on Feb 18, 2022. This Notice updates certain safety standards for toys specified in Schedule 1 to the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance (Cap. 424); and certain safety standards for children's products specified in Schedule 2 to that ordinance.

The Notice will come into operation on September 1, 2022.
