The Hong Kong Government published in the Gazette the Toys and Children's Products Safety Ordinance (Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2) Notice 2026 on March 13, 2026. The Notice updates certain safety standards for toys and children’s products.
The Notice will come into operation on August 1, 2026.
The below standards in the Schedules 1 and 2 will be updated.
