Bureau Veritas has signed agreements to acquire three testing and certification companies - ONETECH CORP. and KOSTEC Co., Ltd in Korea, and Hi Physix Laboratory India Pvt. Ltd, diversifying its electrical and electronics offerings in South and Southeast Asia. The acquisitions strengthen Bureau Veritas' presence in strategic growth markets for consumer products.
