After release of the DRAFT Final Rule for 16 CFR 1110 was submitted to the Commission in late November, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has scheduled two public meetings in December. These will be critical to learn and understand more details within the Draft Final Rule. Please be sure to add them to your calendars and share with your teams (including internal product compliance, customs, software developer, customs broker, trade partners, etc.).
