Protocols and thresholds are set to your guarantee terms, not a generic minimum, so the test pack stands as evidence behind the specific claim you make.
+ What is the most common failure point?

Zippers and wheels. Zipper failure is the number-one luggage complaint and the number-one reason for returns, so we cycle and burst-test them to the abuse of overpacking.
+ Do you test soft-shell and textile travel goods too?

Yes. Fabric abrasion, tear strength, colorfastness, and water repellency cover backpacks, duffels, and soft-shell luggage alongside hard-side cases.
