Bureau Veritas Buffalo Lab CPSC Approved to Test Nursing Pillow & Infant Support Cushion Safety Standards
Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services is pleased to announce that its Buffalo, New York laboratory has received U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) approval to test Nursing Pillows and Infant Support Cushions to the new 16 CFR Part 1242 and 1243 safety standards.
U.S. Federal law requires that every children's product be tested by a third-party, CPSC-accepted laboratory for compliance with the applicable federal children's product safety requirements.

Final rules provide performance safety testing and marking and labeling requirements and becomes effective May 5, 2025.
