Bureau Veritas India Lab Expands PV Modules Testing & Certification Capabilities with CBTL Accreditation for IEC 61730 and IEC 61215 Series

Today, Bureau Veritas is proud to announce that Hi Physix Laboratory India Private Limited, a subsidiary of BVCPS, achieved Certification Body Testing Laboratory (CBTL) Accreditation for photovoltaic modules against the IEC 61730 and IEC 61215 series standards, as recognized by the IECEE CB Scheme. This new designation expands Bureau Veritas’ local testing and certification capabilities, allowing for more efficient and accessible services to PV module manufacturers and project developers to address challenges such as complex regulatory requirements, evolving standards, safety and quality expectations, and market entry timelines.
