o Food and Dietary Supplements: 38%
o Receipts with BPS: 23%
• Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 50% of all settlements/judgements. 171 settlements/judgments were for lead, 20 for cadmium, 22 for two or more metals, and 2 for mercury.
• BPA/BPS accounted for 23% of settlements/judgements, with 96 for BPS, three for both BPA and BPS, and one for BPA.
• PFAS Note: There were 17 settlements/judgements for PFAS chemicals.
