- Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 65% of all settlements/judgements. 244 settlements/judgements were for lead, 28 for cadmium, 13 for two or more metals, and 2 for nickel.
- Phthalates accounted for 15% of settlements/judgements, with 47 for DEHP, 9 for two or more phthalates, 5 for DINP, and 3 for DBP.
- PFAS Note: There were 8 settlements/judgements for PFAS chemicals.
- Chromium - hexavalent compounds Note: There were 7 settlements/judgements for chromium VI in leather products.
