Already recognised by our clients as one of the leaders in luxury product testing, our Italian laboratory has invested in new equipment to increase our testing capability to offer our new and existing clients, greater scope on performance and chemical testing.

Our new capabilities include:

PERFORMANCE

Flexing of Rubber- or plastics-coated fabrics and materials (De Mattia: ISO 7854; ISO 132; HG/T 2873)
Flex resistance of outsoles (Bennewart: ISO 17707)
Sole Flexing at low temperature (Ross: QB/T 4886 and similar flexes)
Salt spray corrosion (ISO 9227; ASTM B117)

CHEMICAL

Bisphenols (ISO/FDIS 11936)
Nitrosamines (GB/T 24153 – ISO 19577)
Cyclic siloxanes (Internal method)
UV Absorbers (ISO 24040)
Melamine (Internal method)

These are just a number or additional tests we will be launching over the next few months, one of which will be PFAS testing for total Fluorine.
