internal training

PPWR: Your packaging rules changed.
Bring your people up to speed.

PPWR now applies across the EU, and the obligations sit with your teams and your suppliers. Training gives both groups the same understanding of what the regulation asks, who owns each duty, and what to do next.

One regulation, two groups who need to
understand it.

We can cover your in-house team and suppliers, enabling all stakeholders to
work together with the same picture of what's required.

For brands and retailers

Your in-house team
Your compliance, packaging, sourcing, and quality colleagues each hold a piece of PPWR. Training puts the whole picture in front of them at once, so the work is divided deliberately instead of falling to whoever noticed first.

For supply chains

Your suppliers & factories
Your evidence is only as good as what your suppliers send you. When they understand what PPWR asks and why you are asking, the declarations, data, and test reports arrive in usable form the first time.

  • Which PPWR roles your company holds
  • What the technical file requires of you
  • Which requirements arrive in 2028 and 2030
  • What to ask suppliers for, and how to judge it

  • What packaging data brands now need
  • Substance limits and usable test reports
  • Why a compliance declaration is not enough
  • How design choices affect 2030 requirements

What your people can do afterwards

Sessions are built around what participants need to act on, not around reading the regulation aloud.

  • Place themselves in the regulation
Read the PPWR framework and its deadlines, and identify which roles and duties apply to your company and to each partner in the chain.
  • Know what evidence is required
Understand what belongs in the technical documentation, what the Declaration of Conformity rests on, and how substance requirements are demonstrated.
  • Prepare for what is coming
Follow how recyclability grading and recycled content requirements develop, so design decisions made now hold up against the later deadlines.
  • Ask suppliers the right questions
Request the data and reports that actually support a compliance file, and recognize a response that falls short before it becomes a gap.
  • Work from one shared picture
Give compliance, packaging, sourcing, and quality colleagues the same reference points, so handovers stop losing detail.
  • Leave with a next step
Finish with a prioritized view of what your teams and suppliers should address first, rather than a list of everything the regulation contains.

Supplier group training

Training delivered to your
suppliers at scale, running
across multiple sites and
languages.

  • Who should attend?

Compliance and sustainability managers, packaging development and design teams, sourcing and quality teams, and the suppliers who make or supply your packaging. Companies exporting to EU markets, packaging manufacturers and suppliers, and businesses with EU operations all carry obligations under PPWR.

    X
  • Can you train our suppliers, not just our staff?

Yes. Supplier group training brings your packaging suppliers and factories through the same material as your internal team, so the evidence you need arrives in the right form the first time. Sessions can run across multiple sites and languages.

    X
  • Which languages are available?

Sessions are delivered in multiple languages so that teams and suppliers learn in the language they work in. Tell us where your people sit and we will confirm the languages available for your session.

    X
  • Is training still useful now that PPWR already applies?

Yes. PPWR applied from August 12, 2026, and obligations continue to arrive through 2028 and 2030 as delegated acts are adopted. Training gives teams the framework to act on each wave rather than reacting to it, and it is the fastest way to align internal teams and suppliers on the same requirements.
