Enforcement Trends:

Product categories with the most settlements/judgments:
- Food and dietary supplements: 24%
- Bags/kits/cases/totes/backpacks/pouches: 14%
Phthalates were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgments, and accounted for 44% of settlements/judgements. 68 settlements/judgements were for DEHP, 13 for DINP, 4 for DIDP, 4 for DBP and 3 for two or more phthalates. The notices covered a wide range of products.
Metals accounted for 41% of settlements/judgements, with 68 for lead, 17 for two or more metals and 2 for cadmium.
