  • Metals were the chemicals named in the most settlements and judgements and accounted for 47% of settlements/judgements. 169 settlements/judgments were for lead, 6 for cadmium, 1 for mercury and 12 for two or more metals.
  • Phthalates accounted for 39% of settlements/judgements, with 123 settlements/judgements for DEHP, 13 for DINP, 10 for DBP, 1 for DIDP, and 8 for two or more phthalates.
