California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will host a training session to assist businesses in understanding and complying with Proposition 65.
Training:
OEHHA will host a training on July 22 at 2:00-3:30 (Pacific time) to help businesses understand and comply with Proposition 65. Per OEHHA, “The presentation will provide an overview of business requirements under Proposition 65, who is required to provide warnings, how to determine whether a warning is required, and how to provide warnings. We will also go over recent updates to Proposition 65 regulations. At the end of the presentation, we will have a brief question-and-answer session.”
To participate online, register for the Zoom webinar.
A recording will be posted following the training on their website at: Sample Warnings and Compliance Assistance.
