2026 PFAS deadline alert — for footwear brands

Multiple PFAS regulations took effect in 2026: France Law 2025-188 (Jan), Maine Title 38 §1614 (Jan), Vermont H238 (Jan), Connecticut SB 292 (Jan), Washington Chapter 173-337-110 WAC (Jan), and EU REACH Annex XVII Entry 79 on PFHxA (Apr). Denmark's 50 mg F/kg total fluorine cap on footwear takes effect July 2026.
